Sub-district management system is developed to allow officer to perform the tasks electronically, and not manually as previously done before. This system provides two of users as administrator and officer of each department. Administrator can control the whole system in which he or she can modify anything of the system such as, add, update and delete user and information, but officer cannot at the new users to system. This system reduces time make officer easy to store, retrieve, and search the information. Moreover, it can manage the project and document easily.
